Some additional/pokedex info: Its eyes always seem to glow and it is said to be able to see into the hearts of people and pokemon, you can't lie to it. It runs on top of the clouds at blinding speed while emitting light from parts of its body. This pokemon has a good sense of justice and honor and is featured in many legends. People used to believe this pokemon to be the guardian of the lands it lived in. This pokemon rarely shows itself to people and makes its home on high mountains. In the past people used to train them to guard temples and the palace of the emperor.

Someone requested I'd design an evolution for Arcanine however although I finished it a couple of weeks ago I completely forgot to submit it because I had so much on my mind at that time I also made one for Ninetails but I couldn't find it as quickly as the Arcanine one.

About the design, I gave him a beard thingy because most of the Arcanine are male (75%). The dark blue/grey parts are supposed to be of a stone like material like that of a guardian statue. These parts, the tip of his tail, the orbs on his paws and the orb around his neck can emit light. Here is an example of how that looks: [link]
The white fur is supposed to look a bit like clouds. Pieces of clouds always gather around his paws as he has the ability to run on clouds.
